1. What you get
Worldfork provides a local-first binary-fork seat on iPhone: talk through a short stuck-point interview, name two sides or photograph a filled list, hear a nested agent draft a pair of playable next-Tuesday mornings, Accept, play both, pick on the same Fork, and use optional consent-gated cloud inference for live interview turns, drafting, synthetic speech, and morning stills. Worldfork does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice and is not a Worldfork account service. The reviewed build does not sell In-App Purchases.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and use the App lawfully. Only add content and media you are allowed to use. Do not misuse network or AI features to harm others or to seek crisis, medical, or illegal assistance.
3. Your content stays local
You own the fork labels, stuck points, list stills, morning text you Accept, picks, and related notes you create. Core fork data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Keep your own backups of anything you care about. Worldfork does not require a Worldfork account.
4. Apple services you may use
Your use of Apple services—including Photos, Speech, Camera, Microphone, on-device speech synthesis, local notifications, and App Intents—remains subject to Apple’s terms. The reviewed build does not use StoreKit for Worldfork purchases.
5. Availability
Features may change, pause, or end. Optional DeepSeek and MiniMax replies depend on network and third-party availability. Local fork browsing, saved mornings, stuck points, and picks continue without cloud AI when sharing is off.
6. Intellectual property
App software, design, and branding remain with their owners. You keep rights in your personal fork records, stills, and notes. Third-party model and voice services belong to their owners; Worldfork only calls them after you Allow sharing for those paths.
7. Limits
Draft mornings, interview questions, synthetic speech, and generated stills are personal rehearsal aids, not guarantees of life outcomes, therapy, or factual accuracy. Cloud model output can be wrong or inappropriate—review before you Accept. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for decisions you make using Worldfork, third-party model availability, or content you choose to send after Allow.
8. Stopping and contact
You may stop using the App, turn off AI data sharing, and delete local data at any time. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited where they cannot be waived. Contact fork@worldfork.app.
